Shipping Policy
Overview
OSTRAWEAR sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.
Digital delivery
Delivery is electronic and happens after successful payment. Access is provided as a download link on the order confirmation page and a delivery email sent to the address used at checkout. There are no shipping fees and no physical delivery.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered immediately. In rare cases delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to payment processing. If you have not received access within 30 minutes, contact us.
Email accuracy
Please check the email address you enter at checkout. We cannot deliver to an address that was mistyped. If your delivery email does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting support.
Access issues
If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email ostrawearofficial@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a screenshot of the problem.
